自動變速器油的更換周期是以行駛公里數(shù)或使用時間為準(zhǔn)，如果車輛使用手冊未標(biāo)明，則按照2年或者4萬公里的里程來更換。

“手換”操作方便，耗時少，缺點(diǎn)是換油不徹 底，只能放掉四分之一至三分之一舊油液，大約是4升。

“機(jī)換”整個過程約需1小時，需油12升左右。這種換油方式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是換油比較徹 底，能夠放掉95%以上的舊油液。

值得注意的是，兩種換油方法都要在發(fā)動機(jī)啟動的情況下進(jìn)行。更換自動變速器油液，在操作的時候必須是在熱車的狀態(tài)下，更換前應(yīng)行駛20分鐘以上，不能冷車換油。換油時要啟動發(fā)動機(jī)，把各擋位從P擋到N、D、L1、L2等擋位來回?fù)軇?，然后才開始換油液。
