油液清潔,顏色是透明的紅色,說(shuō)明自動(dòng)變速器油質(zhì)正常。油液變?yōu)榘导t色,且有輕微燒焦氣味。其主要原因是:

一:自動(dòng)變速器油使用時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)。一般情況下變速器油應(yīng)該定期更換,如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不更換,油液就會(huì)變質(zhì),同時(shí)離合器、制動(dòng)器的摩擦片或制動(dòng)帶摩擦下來(lái)的磨料,使油液顏色變?yōu)榘导t色,并有摩擦形成的磨料的燒焦氣味。

六:油標(biāo)尺上粘附膠質(zhì)油膏。此現(xiàn)象的主要原因與(三)所說(shuō)的一樣,也是油的溫度過(guò)高引起的。如果油的溫度長(zhǎng)時(shí)間過(guò)高,就會(huì)使油質(zhì)進(jìn)一步惡化,形成膠質(zhì)油膏,當(dāng)我們拔下油標(biāo)尺時(shí),在油標(biāo)尺上面就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)膠質(zhì)油膏。引起此現(xiàn)象的另一個(gè)原因是自動(dòng)變速器油質(zhì)量太差。自動(dòng)變速器工作條件復(fù)雜,劣質(zhì)油在高負(fù)荷、高溫的影響下,極容易變質(zhì),產(chǎn)生膠質(zhì)油膏。
