自動變速箱結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、布局合理且傳動效率高。變速箱的殼體為整體式,內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)包括行星齒輪、閥體、離合器及制動器等。01N型變速器各擋的傳動比分別為:1擋2.714,2擋2.551,3擋1.000,4擋0.679。
The automatic transmission has compact structure, reasonable layout and high transmission efficiency. The housing of the gearbox is integral, and the internal structure includes planetary gear, valve body, clutch and brake. The gear ratios of 01N transmission are 2.714 for 1st gear, 2.551 for 2nd gear, 1.000 for 3rd gear and 0.679 for 4th gear.
從理論上講,變速器的每個擋位又分液壓和機械2種狀態(tài)。由于裝備了帶有鎖止離合器的液力變矩器,TCM可根據(jù)車輛的負載、速度和擋位等狀況,控制鎖止離合器器電磁閥的動作,實現(xiàn)鎖止離合器接合與分離,但與變矩器內(nèi)部打滑無關(guān)。當(dāng)鎖止離合器接合時,變速器的前進擋由液力變矩器的打滑方式變?yōu)闄C械直接驅(qū)動的方式。
Theoretically speaking, each gear of the transmission can be divided into hydraulic and mechanical states. Due to the hydraulic torque converter equipped with lockup clutch, TCM can control the action of lockup clutch solenoid valve according to the load, speed and gear of the vehicle, so as to realize the engagement and disengagement of lockup clutch, but it has nothing to do with the internal slip of torque converter. When the lockup clutch is engaged, the forward gear of the transmission changes from the slip mode of the hydraulic torque converter to the mechanical direct drive mode.
自動變速箱的機械結(jié)構(gòu)部分主要由1個行星齒輪組、3個離合器、2個制動器及1個單向輪組成。其中行星齒輪組是由1個小太陽齒輪、1個大太陽齒輪、3個短行星齒輪、3個長行星齒輪、行星齒輪架及齒圈組成。
The mechanical structure of automatic transmission is mainly composed of a planetary gear set, three clutches, two brakes and a one-way wheel. The planetary gear set is composed of a small sun gear, a large sun gear, three short planetary gears, three long planetary gears, planetary carrier and ring gear.
變速器在工作時,閥體通過油壓控制離合器、制動器的動作,醞瓿梢毫Ρ渚仄骱托行淺萋腫櫓淶畝Υ洹H綣牒掀鱇1工作,就會驅(qū)動小太陽齒輪。離合器K2(圖16)則是用來驅(qū)動大太陽齒輪的,離合器K3驅(qū)動行星齒輪架,制動器B1制動行星齒輪架,動力是通過齒圈輸出的。
When the transmission is working, the valve body controls the action of clutch and brake through oil pressure, and the small sun gear will be driven when the clutch and brake are working in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction. Clutch K2 (FIG. 16) is used to drive the big sun gear, clutch K3 drives the planetary carrier, and brake B1 brakes the planetary carrier. The power is output through the ring gear.
