(1)換向法。左右對(duì)稱的齒輪在出現(xiàn)單面磨損后,可將其左右齒輪調(diào)換位置或翻轉(zhuǎn)180°繼續(xù)使用。
(1) Reversing method. After unilateral wear occurs on gears that are symmetrical on both sides, the left and right gears can be reversed or turned 180 ° to continue use.
(2)鑲齒法。變速箱齒輪中如果負(fù)荷小、轉(zhuǎn)速不高的齒輪出現(xiàn)了斷齒,可將斷齒的齒根部位刨出或銑出燕尾槽,并以一定的過盈量壓入新齒坯,經(jīng)焊牢后整形可繼續(xù)使用。
(2) Tooth insertion method. If a gear with low load and low speed in the gearbox has broken teeth, the root of the broken teeth can be planed or milled out into a dovetail groove, and a certain amount of interference can be pressed into a new gear blank. After welding and shaping, it can continue to be used.
(3)鑲齒圈法。若變速箱上的塔形齒輪某部位出現(xiàn)輪齒磨損超限,可先將其退火,車去該部的全部輪齒,另制一個(gè)齒圈壓裝在車去的輪齒處,為防齒圈松動(dòng),可用電焊在接合處點(diǎn)焊,或沿圓周鉆孔用穩(wěn)釘固定。
(3) Ring gear insertion method. If the tooth wear of a certain part of the tower gear on the gearbox exceeds the limit, it can be annealed first, all the teeth in that part can be removed, and another gear ring can be made and pressed onto the teeth in the car. To prevent the gear ring from loosening, spot welding can be used at the joint or drilling along the circumference to fix it with stable nails.
(4)堆焊法。若變速箱齒輪的個(gè)別輪齒折斷或齒面、齒端磨損超限,可先用汽油將齒輪表面的污物、銹漬除盡,使其露出金屬光澤,再進(jìn)行堆焊,然后經(jīng)機(jī)械加工整形再經(jīng)回火處理后可繼續(xù)使用。
(4) Overlay welding method. If individual teeth of the gearbox gear are broken or the wear of the tooth surface or tooth end exceeds the limit, the dirt and rust on the surface of the gear can be removed with gasoline first to expose the metallic luster, and then welded. After mechanical processing and shaping, and tempering treatment, the gear can continue to be used.

(1)軸承座孔的修理。當(dāng)軸承座孔磨損過度時(shí),可用鏜孔鑲套法修復(fù)。鑲套時(shí)先將套的外徑尺寸加工好,壓入座孔內(nèi),再將套的內(nèi)徑鏜至標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸即可使用。

When inserting a sleeve, first machine the outer diameter of the sleeve, press it into the seat hole, and then bore the inner diameter of the sleeve to the standard size before use.
應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)是:各軸孔的圓柱度偏差應(yīng)小于0.03毫米;同時(shí),兩座孔的共同軸心線與加工后表面的垂直度偏差在100毫米長度上應(yīng)小于0.05毫米,不同軸各孔中軸線平行度偏差在全長上應(yīng)小于0.06毫米。

(2)殼體裂紋的修理。變速箱的殼體出現(xiàn)裂紋時(shí),可采用補(bǔ)板、焊補(bǔ)或膠補(bǔ)法修復(fù)。

補(bǔ)板時(shí),先沿著裂紋在裂紋的兩邊對(duì)稱鉆幾個(gè)直徑4.9毫米的孔,攻M6螺紋,找一塊3毫米厚的鋼板,墊在變速箱殼體的裂紋上,并在殼體上新鉆螺孔的對(duì)應(yīng)位置鉆直徑6.5毫米的孔,墊上石棉墊,用M6×1.0的螺釘將鐵板與殼體固定。
